1. What kind of product does FUVOL sell? We sell reusable food storage bags made from food-grade silicone. They are designed to replace disposable plastic bags for storing snacks, sandwiches, leftovers, fruits, vegetables, and even liquids. They are leak-proof, airtight, and can be used for sous vide cooking.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside these areas, we hope to expand soon.
3. What are the shipping options and delivery times? We offer Standard shipping with a delivery time of 7-14 business days. The cost is $15. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
4. How do I track my order? As soon as your order is shipped, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to see the latest update on your delivery. If you have any issues, contact us at support@fuvol.shop.
5. What is your return policy? You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us first to initiate a return. If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. How do I clean and care for the bags? Our silicone bags are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water for best longevity. They are also freezer safe and can be used in the microwave with the zipper open. Avoid using them with oily or greasy foods if you are concerned about staining.
7. Are the bags really leak-proof? Yes, our bags feature a double-seal zipper that is tested to be leak-proof. You can confidently store liquids like soups, sauces, or even breast milk without worrying about spills in your bag or fridge.
8. Can I use these bags for sous vide cooking? Absolutely! Our bags are made from BPA-free, food-grade silicone that can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 400°F. They are perfect for sous vide, marinating, and even reheating food in the microwave.
